A mobile notary travels to wherever the signers are. You get the same legally valid notarization as at an office — without the drive, the wait, or taking time off work.

We verify each signer's identity, confirm they understand what they're signing and are doing so willingly, witness the signature, complete the notarial certificate, apply our seal and record the act in our notary journal.

What a notary can't do

A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. We can't draft legal documents, choose which form you need, or give legal advice — for those, please speak with a New Jersey attorney. We also can't notarize a document for a signer who doesn't appear in person, lacks acceptable ID, or appears not to understand what they're signing.
