Mobile notary public in North Jersey

Skip the trip to the bank or UPS store. A commissioned New Jersey notary comes to you — mornings, evenings and weekends.

Notarization on your schedule

A mobile notary travels to wherever the signers are. You get the same legally valid notarization as at an office — without the drive, the wait, or taking time off work.

We verify each signer's identity, confirm they understand what they're signing and are doing so willingly, witness the signature, complete the notarial certificate, apply our seal and record the act in our notary journal.

Documents we notarize every week

  • Powers of attorney (general, limited, durable, healthcare)
  • Affidavits and sworn statements
  • Deeds and property transfers
  • Parental consent for minor travel
  • Advance directives & living wills
  • Self-proving affidavits for wills
  • Vehicle title & MVC forms
  • Business contracts & resolutions
  • Residency & school affidavits
  • Guardianship paperwork
  • Name-change documents
  • Documents headed for apostille

Please don't sign before we arrive. New Jersey requires the signer to sign in the notary's presence (or acknowledge their signature to the notary in person). Bring the document unsigned.

Anywhere public

What a notary can't do

A notary public verifies identity and witnesses signatures. We can't draft legal documents, choose which form you need, or give legal advice — for those, please speak with a New Jersey attorney. We also can't notarize a document for a signer who doesn't appear in person, lacks acceptable ID, or appears not to understand what they're signing.
