Before you book
What do I need to bring to my appointment?
An unexpired government-issued photo ID for every signer (driver's license, state ID, or passport), the complete document left unsigned, and any witnesses your document requires.
Can you come to a hospital or nursing home?
Yes. We regularly visit hospitals, rehab centers and assisted-living facilities. The signer must be alert, able to communicate, and willing to sign, and must have acceptable ID.
How much does it cost?
Your quote combines the notarial fee permitted under New Jersey law with a travel and service fee based on distance, time and number of signers. You'll know the full price before we come.
How quickly can you come?
Same-day appointments are often available, including evenings and weekends. The sooner you reach out, the better the chances.
Can you tell me which form I need or help me fill it out?
No. Notaries who aren't attorneys can't give legal advice or choose documents for you. Please get the correct form from the agency or your attorney first — then we'll gladly notarize it.
