What we collect
When you contact us, we receive the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email, appointment location and a description of your request. If you send documents for translation, we receive copies of those documents.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and perform services, and keep records required of New Jersey notaries (such as the notary journal). We don't sell or rent your information.
Documents
Documents sent for translation are used only to prepare your translation and are deleted once the work is delivered and any follow-up period has ended, unless you ask us to keep them.
